Terms & Conditions
In having trade with us you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and services.
- Relationship with the Player: Participation is voluntary. Fortune is a licensed lottery operator. Players are customers and not stakeholders. Use of services implies agreement with Fortune's terms under the laws of Ghana and the supervision of the NLA.
- USSD Staking: Players receive confirmation via SMS. Winnings are paid to the same mobile number via Mobile Money.
- Eligibility: 18+ years, physically in Ghana, and own a Ghana-registered mobile number with Mobile Money.
- Game Results: All winning numbers are officially sourced from the NLA.
- Payments: Stakes are final. Winnings are processed to registered mobile accounts.
- Transaction Fees: Players bear charges from mobile money providers.
- Indemnity: Players indemnify Fortune unless loss results from Fortune's gross negligence or fraud.
- Responsible Gaming: We encourage players to stake responsibly. Seek help if gambling becomes a problem.
- Force Majeure: Fortune is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, telecom failures).
- Dispute Resolution: Contact Fortune Customer Support first. Unresolved disputes go to the NLA.
- Governing Law: Governed by the laws of Ghana under the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
- Amendments: Terms may change without prior notice. Continued use signifies acceptance.
